2. What services and products do you provide?

We offer branding, web development, digital marketing, and business strategy services—plus ready-to-use digital products like templates and tools.

3. Do I need to create an account to work with you?

Nope! All communication is done directly with our team—no logins, no passwords, no fuss.

4. How does the payment process work?

We require an 80% upfront payment to begin any project. The remaining 20% is due upon final delivery and approval of the work.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and PayPal (for international clients). Details will be shared during the onboarding process.

6. What’s your refund policy?

All payments made to InCrest Digital are non-refundable, whether for services or digital products. We believe in clarity, not fine print.

7. Who owns the copyright to the work?

Once the final payment is made, you own the rights to the completed project (designs, code, etc.). Until then, all work remains the property of InCrest Digital.

8. Can I resell or redistribute your digital products?

Nope. Our digital products are for personal or business use only. Redistribution, resale, or repackaging is not allowed without written permission.

9. What if I want to cancel a project midway?

You can cancel at any time, but the 80% upfront payment is non-refundable. Any work completed up to that point will be shared as-is.

10. How are deadlines handled?

We agree on a timeline before starting. Delays on your side (e.g., content, approvals) may push deadlines. We keep communication clear and timelines realistic.

11. Can I request revisions?

Yes, we include a defined number of revisions in every project (outlined in your proposal). Extra revisions may be charged additionally.

12. Do you guarantee results from marketing services?

We work with proven strategies and best practices, but no agency can guarantee specific results like #1 Google rankings or viral content. (We wish!)

13. What happens if there’s a dispute?

We try to solve issues professionally and respectfully. If needed, legal matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of Chennai, India.

14. Do you collect or store personal data?

We only collect what’s needed to deliver your project (like your name, email, brand assets). We don’t sell, share, or spam—privacy is a big deal to us.

15. Can you update these terms?
